The IRS is still processing tax returns and sending out tax notices. Just a reminder, the IRS’s initial contact with you will never be a telephone call or email. You will receive a letter in the mail from the IRS if they have an issue with your tax return. If you do receive a notice, please let our office know so that we may assist you in responding to the IRS. Remember, a change to your federal income tax return may also impact your State return.
