Mike Kramer, CPA
Principal
Mike is the managing partner of Moceri & Company, a Certified Public Accounting firm. The firm was founded 50 years ago, in Macomb County. The firm services small and medium sized clients in manufacturing, retail, construction, development, contractor and professional industries.
Mike and staff perform audit, reviews, compilation and bookkeeping engagements; income tax planning and compliance engagements; estate, gift and trust planning and compliance engagements; business strategic planning advisory services as well as financial planning.
Mike is a graduate of Oakland University; an instructor at Macomb County Community College; an ambassador and board of director for the Sterling Heights Regional Chamber of Commerce; and a board member of the Macomb/St. Clair County Workforce Development Board. Mike has over 25 years of experience assisting individuals and business with their tax and accounting issues.

Tom Schumar, CPA
Principal
Tom is a principal at Moceri & Company joining the firm in 2025 to help lead the accounting, bookkeeping, tax and advisory services. Tom began his career at KPMG in New York doing accounting and consulting work before joining Stryker (NYSE: SYK) and helping lead their strategy and mergers and acquisitions team. At Stryker, Tom completed over a dozen transactions and helped invest over $10 Billion in growth acquisitions.
Tom earned his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from Grand Valley State University and went on to complete his Masters of Accounting at the University of Michigan. Tom and his wife Alex have three sons.
