Moceri & Company, P.C. is a progressive certified public accounting firm with forty-seven years of experience serving the southeastern Michigan business and financial community. Joseph P. Moceri started the company back in 1975 and retired in 2007, leaving his company in the hands of Mike and Lynne, two very trustworthy and long-time employees. Mike Kramer, CPA

Managing Partner

Mike is the managing partner of Moceri & Company, P.C. a Certified Public Accounting firm. The firm was founded 35 years ago, in Macomb County. The firm services small and medium sized clients in manufacturing, retail, construction, development, contractor and professional industries.

Mike and staff perform audit, reviews, compilation and bookkeeping engagements; income tax planning and compliance engagements; estate, gift and trust planning and compliance engagements; business strategic planning advisory services as well as financial planning.

Mike is a graduate of Oakland University; an instructor at Macomb County Community College; an ambassador and board of director for the Sterling Heights Regional Chamber of Commerce; and a board member of the Macomb/St. Clair County Workforce Development Board. Mike has over 25 years of experience assisting individuals and business with their tax and accounting issues.

Lynne Diederich

Partner

Lynne is a partner of Moceri & Company, P.C., a Certified Public Accounting firm. Lynne began working for Moceri & Company, P.C. in 1980 as a co-op high school student.

Through the years Lynne has evolved her role in the Company and is now managing workflow, staff schedules, internal controls and human resource responsibilities. Lynne has over 30 years experience in all facets of the business. Lynne is a member of the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants and a Notary Public.
