  Partners Mike Kramer and Lynne Diederich Meet Our Partners Michael Kramer, C.P.A. Managing Partner 1987 graduate of Oakland University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. Mike has been with our firm since 1992 and advises small business and entrepreneurs with accounting and tax matters. He possesses expertise in such areas as partnership taxation, real estate accounting, and IRS audit representation, as well as servicing companies in construction and manufacturing industries. He is a member of the AICPA and MACPA. In addition Mike teaches at Macomb County Community College. Lynne Diederich Partner Mrs. Diederich has been with Moceri and Company since 1980. During her tenure she has been involved with every aspect of the company. She manages many administrative responsibilities with Moceri and Company. She is a member of the MACPA.
